2. Responsibility
2.1 Match for Senior.com is held only with one obligation of means with regard to the continuity of its services. Match for Senior.com is subjected to no obligation of result, in particular and without this list being restrictive, cannot be held responsible:
- of any damage due to a case of absolute necessity, a fortuitous occurence or because of a third;
- in the event of breakdown, of technical problem, in particular related to the data-processing programs, hardware or software or with Internet network. This absence of responsibility is not limited to the interruptions, suspensions or closings of the service.
2.2 Match for Senior.com cannot be regarded as person in charge for the direct or indirect damage caused by the loss of data, fraudulent behaviors, data-processing hackings, the transmission or accidental diffusion of virus or other harmful elements, by the attitude or the behavior of third or users.
2.3 The User releases Match for Senior.com, his employees and his leaders of any responsibility for any damage resulting from the use of the site or the associated services and this, whatever the called upon or real cause of the damage.

3. Conditions of access to the services
